Stay informed on all important KPIs in near real time. The Real Time Monitoring plug-in gets its data from a specific data store (RT-Store). This storage is characterized by a high data actuality. 95% of the data usually have a recency of 3 minutes (time between event on the website and display in real-time monitoring analysis)
The RT Store stores data only temporarily. Under normal circumstances, data older than 2 hours is removed from the RT Store. For this reason the access to the data is limited to the last two hours. If you need more data in the RT Store, please contact your Client Relations Manager. Functional limitations compared to the flexible analysis capabilities of the r.a.c.e. technology are such that on the RT Store no segments can be used and filtering features and combination options of dimensions and metrics are somewhat limited.
